About The Day

Rebecca and Charlie’s winter wedding showcases their intimate and romantic wedding day. Their day was full of sentimental details that truly matter. The couple infused their personalities into their wedding for a personal and romantic approach. What an honor to be chosen to capture this Bethlehem, Pennsylvania wedding by their side!

This Bethlehem bride is incredibly talented. For her day, she handcrafted many wedding day details.

From the bride

“My dad designed my engagement ring. This ring was custom made for my mom. After my mom passed, it was kept at the bank. And in December 2018, my dad gifted the ring to Charlie for our engagement.”

The details

The bride incorporated her classic, vintage, and religious aesthetic throughout her day. The Savannah bridal gown by Wtoo by Watters from Lila’s Bridal Boutique showcases Rebecca’s personality. This elegant, effortless, and sweet, off-the-shoulder neckline and fit-and-flare silhouette is classic and elegant. Rebecca paired this chic gown with the handcrafted cathedral veil. The petit bridal bouquet handcrafted by the family, and heirloom fur-cape made for an elegant bridal aesthetic. The textures of the gown compliment the baby’s breath and rose bouquet. As you see in her fine art bridal portraits, this look fits her intimate Bethlehem wedding day so perfectly. Just a few of my favorite details from Rebecca’s day included the antique ring box, heirloom engagement ring, her Bible, and their wedding bands.

The ceremony

Their ceremony was hosted at Edgeboro Moravian ChurchThe bride utilized her creative strengths, and stayed very strict to her color palette to keep the wedding day consistent. The bride utilized off-white, black, gold, and red, inspired by the Moravian ceremony venue, and carried these colors brilliantly throughout the spaces. The aisle was adorned in fresh florals included white roses, baby’s breath, eucalyptus and red ribbon.  Talented artist, Tina Geisler invited guests in with their harmonious organ services.

The portraits

We visited several sites in downtown Bethlehem. After their session at Hotel Bethlehem, the bride & groom’s cocktail hour kicked off. Their reception opened with the romantic first dance, emotive parent dances, compassionate toasts, and prayer led by the groom, captured by fine art New Jersey photographer, Michelle Behre at the Green Pond Country Club.

Congratulations, Rebecca and Charles!

Karen and John welcomed their newborn son on a beautiful winter day in January. Just a few weeks following, this growing family celebrated the birth of their son with an in-home newborn session photographed by New Jersey family portrait photographer, Michelle Behre.

We just loved this families in-home newborn session. Their session is so bright, full of laughter, and so much joy!

We’re so honored to have worked with such an amazing family on this one and excited to share just a few from their session!

This family coordinated their colors to match the design of their in-home nurseries. Not to mention, Karen is a talented creative herself and business owner at KA Creative!

KA Creative is a women-owned, digital marketing agent servicing New Jersey. Combining her skills as in digital media, marketing management, web design, and graphic design she utilizes her creative skills to her advantage.

It was so wonderful to work beside a fellow creative during the design process.

Moments prior their session closing, they gathered together to share a few stories, and and gathered together.

You’re going to want to check this in-home lifestyle family portrait session out! Photographed by New Jersey family portrait photographer, Michelle Behre.

Samantha and Daniel’s fall wedding collection is romantic, chic, and playful. This collection includes pops of color such as navy blue, ivory, and lush greens. This couple infused their personalities into their wedding day and it was such a pleasure for me to photograph this special day by their side.

Just a few of my favorite details from this day that Samantha chose include the items of Samantha’s bridal look, use of color and texture throughout the event, and entertainment for guests. Samantha incorporated the timeless Eddy K Vincent Bridal Cape, Theia Blake Gown by BHLDN, and her beautiful accessories such as her custom Brightstone Bevel Double Mrs. Box to hold her custom engagement ring, heirloom wedding band, and groom’s wedding band, white leather Clarita heals by Alexandre Birman, navy Keds by Kate Spade accenting the colors of her Mrs. Box and contrasting perfectly with bridesmaid dresses, Madison dress by BHLDN in navy, and beautiful florals designed by the team at Robyn Rohsler’s Floral Designs. I am in love with Samantha’s elegant bridals against this backdrop at the JAM Catering at Waterloo Village. Additionally, I am so thankful for the talented beauty team. Make up artist, Georgi Sandev, crafted such a beautiful bridal glow on Samantha and hair artist, Danielle Carpenter created such a breathtaking curl for Samantha. Incredible talent!

The groom, Daniel wore a formal tux from The Black Tux, a white shirt underneath his tux, white pocket square, black patterned tie, and black leather vintage Salvatore Ferragamo leather shoes. The groom’s look was finalized with Star Wars cuff links, and finishing touch of an elegant white calla lily boutonnière, designed by the team at Robyn Rohsler’s Floral Designs.

Their ceremony took place indoors, beside a handcrafted stone fireplace, adorned with two elegant hanging bouquets. These bouquets were included beautiful white roses, white ranunculus, white lisianthus, and a touch of blue. The ceremony space was lit beautifully by candle light and the talented artists at The Music Dept, invited guests in with their harmonious violin services.

Following their ceremony, the reception opened. The bride stepped into her second outfit, a breathtaking off-white jumpsuit and her dancing shoes. The reception was kicked off with their romantic first dance, parent dances, and compassionate toasts. Samantha and Daniel closed their evening with pizza and s’mores at the fire pit. What a romantic evening to cozy up by the fire and enjoy some munchies!

Congratulations, Samantha and Daniel!
