The Park Loft is a restored 1941 Dance Hall and is absolutely picture-perfect. This property is incredibly timeless and extraordinary. We love their incredible dance hall, unique bars, stunning suites, and decadent menu offerings. With unique architectural installations and decor, Park Loft is a full-service luxury wedding and special event venue in Monmouth County New Jersey.

Sam and Drew’s Romantic DUMBO Engagement Photos

I am absolutely OBSESSED with Sam and Drew’s romantic DUMBO engagement photos. From their casual attire beneath the Manhattan Bridge and that gorgeous street scenery to the romantic upscale looks leading to the Brooklyn Bridge. This couple rocked their DUMBO engagement photos and moments in front of my lens. Their session was planned so thoughtfully. Aligned perfectly with the golden hour at sunset we captured both looks during that perfect light of the day. Their session includes the stunning views of the Manhattan and Brooklyn bridges, streets of DUMBO, we also had so many treats a long the way encompassing the perfect NYC date and watched the sunset from the rooftops of DUMBO. What a perfect session!

Ariel and Bryan’s romantic summer engagement session was set at the absolutely stunning Monmouth University where this couple met. During our session, we explored the halls and toured the stunning historic campus and grounds at Monmouth University. 

Monmouth University and Avon-by-the-Sea Photographers

Monmouth University in the heart of stunning Monmouth New Jersey is the absolute picture-perfect location for the absolutely classic and elegant engagement session. This location has an abundance of picturesque backgrounds all within a short walking distance. With stunning climbing ivy surrounding the historic campus and fountains, this is the picture-perfect setting for a romantic New Jersey engagement session and even better the couple met in these very beautiful halls and shared their very first moments together. Wow! How special!

During this very special session featuring Ariel and Bryan the couple gave me their own very personal tour. We walked the halls, went to some very special classrooms and of course, enjoyed the picturesque romantic grounds.

Laura and Steve were married on a beautiful spring day at the Crossed Keys Estate & Farmhouse in Andover, New Jersey. Their Crossed Keys Estate spring wedding incorporated the love, joy, and union of two families. From the bride’s Pronovias gown, Bella Belle shoes, stunning custom engraved bands, and invitation suite to her beautiful florals and garden ceremony. We loved photographing every bit of this wedding so much. We trust you will, too! 

Crossed Keys Estate Andover New Jersey Wedding

The Crossed Keys Estate is a spectacular venue. From their beautiful garden ceremony backdrop to their newly designed Farmhouse reception venue, the Crossed Keys Estate is a premier New Jersey rustic and beautiful garden venue that only hosts one wedding per day. Their talented team offers stunning design and floral design, as well! 

Wedding Day Details

Laura and Steve had many romantic details. A few of our favorite details include the bride’s custom invitation suite design printed at Truly Engaging. Laura and Steve incorporated heartfelt handwritten vows and vow books. They wrote beautiful handwritten letters to one another. The groom’s wedding band included a custom inscription by Blue Nile. by From Italy with Love designed Laura’s beautiful diamond engagement and wedding band. Laura’s Bella Belle shoes and stunning luxury wedding gown “Syrinx” by Pronovias with a mermaid cut and off-the-shoulder sleeves, strapless gown with a full back and train adorned in floral lace. The groom dressed in an Indochino tux, and the groomsmen in tuxes by The Black Tux.

First Look at the Lane

The bride and groom’s first look took place at the beautiful lane at the Crossed Keys Estate. They shared a heartfelt first look with a few tears shed. After their first look, the couple and New Jersey Wedding Photographer Michelle Behre captured their portraits at the Crossed Keys Estate.

Garden Ceremony at the Crossed Keys Estate & Farmhouse

Laura and Steve’s spring garden ceremony at the Crossed Keys Estate incorporated everything we love most. This space has an abundance of textures and colors. Crossed Keys Estate garden is the picture-perfect setting for your wedding day ceremony. Their romantic garden ceremony floral arrangements include beautiful tiered arrangements at the altar, gorgeous florals at the top, and florals lining the aisle. Their soft, romantic color palette and floral arrangements handcrafted by Crossed Keys Designs included pops of peach and light yellow, airy whites, nudes, and soft pink. Their ceremony included heartfelt moments, a few laughs and tears shed, and celebrations sealed with a kiss and bubble exit! 

A surprise for the Groom

The bride had planned for a sneak peek reveal of the space and a surprise dance for the groom. DJ, Chris Camp played Better Together moments after the couple entered the reception space for their grand reveal. The couple practiced their first dance at the Crossed Keys Estate. How romantic! 

Farmhouse & Estate Wedding Reception

The couple hosted their reception at Crossed Keys Estate’s beautiful brand-new reception space, The Farmhouse. The Farmhouse has breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows with vistas overlooking beautiful grounds and a gorgeous Juliet window overlooking the reception space. Chandelier are perfect for floral arrangements to be hung.

The couple kicked this evening off with a gorgeous grand entrance and romantic first dance. Following their first dance the couple incorporated their wedding party, family, and best friends on the dance floor. 

After toasts, the bride kicked off her heels and placed her dancing shoes on! Her outfit change included glistening diamond-embossed sneakers and Mac Duggal mini dress from Rent the Runway.

Our wedding photography shot list is unique to our brand and our most-loved photographs by our Wedding Photography clients. The shot list includes some ‘must-haves’ incorporating a creative conception of the wedding day vision by New Jersey Wedding Photographer, Michelle Behre. Below we have some frequently asked questions that we address for brides-to-be.

After ten years of photographing weddings, Michelle has found what has worked to provide her clients with a superior photography and wedding day experience. So with her knowledge at the forefront working with real brides she has found working off ‘a list’ interferes with moments as they unfold. It is our goal for the day to flow organically and naturally and is only appropriate while photographing formals to capture the authentic documentary and photojournalistic moments of the day as they naturally unfold. Rather than your day feeling as though it is a checklist, we want for the moments to be occurring naturally. We want for you to soak in every moment as it comes and to move through each step authentically. With that being said, we would refrain from the moments feeling forced or unnatural as though they are compiled from such list. Her approach will achieve consistent series of images throughout her portfolio of the timeless moments as they naturally unfold and romantic portraits.

As we photograph the wedding, we are there through each step of the way from the wedding welcome party, from the moments the bride is having her makeup and hair finishing touches up until the grand exit to the day-after party … We capture the authentic moments as they unfold. Are there times in the day you may use a list?

Throughout the day we follow the Wedding Photography Timeline. This timeline is thoughtfully curated by the planner, client and beside the Wedding Photography team. As we have photographed an abundance of beautiful weddings, these images are photographed throughout the day naturally. The images that we will use a list for will include the formal portraits. Here we may reference guest names so everyone is feeling comfortable, confident, and excited for their portrait to be captured!
