Hannah and Noah’s wedding day was the epitome of classic and timeless elegance, seamlessly blending meaningful Jewish tradition with refined, modern celebration. Thoughtfully captured by New Jersey Wedding Photographers, Michelle Behre Photography and her team, their wedding unfolded against the iconic backdrop of Jersey City with an atmosphere that felt both deeply rooted and effortlessly elevated.

Getting Ready: A Refined Start to a Meaningful Day
The day began at W Jersey City, where Hannah and Noah prepared surrounded by their closest family and friends. The mood was calm, anticipatory, and rich with emotion—an elegant prelude to a celebration grounded in tradition.
As the wedding took place on the first night of Hanukkah, the significance of the day was felt from the very beginning, adding depth and meaning to every moment that followed.
First Look & Ketubah Signing: Honoring Tradition with Grace

Prior to the ceremony, Hannah and Noah gathered for the signing of their ketubah—a deeply meaningful tradition shared with their rabbi and immediate family. What followed was an outpouring of joy, with song and spirited dancing filling the room.

Set at New Jersey Wedding Venue, Maritime Parc within Liberty State Park, Hannah and Noah exchanged vows beneath the chuppah with sweeping views of the Hudson River. From the Statue of Liberty to the Manhattan skyline, the ceremony backdrop was nothing short of iconic.
The breaking of the glass marked the culmination of the ceremony—met with cheers, emotion, and a collective sense of joy that filled the space.

Jessica and Pishoy’s thoughtfully planned and romantic proposal took place on a beautiful September morning. Pishoy surprised the love of his life, Jessica with a just a ‘little trip’ into the city. Their day and adventure began with a morning cup of coffee at a cute park nearby Central Park. Pishoy proposed to Jessica at this stunning location. Jessica was completely surprised! She said ‘yes!’ The couple celebrated with champagne and a charcuterie board accompanied by beautiful bouquet of red roses.
After their romantic proposal, we celebrated the couple’s at Conservatory Garden in Central Park only leading to future surprises for Jessica! The Conservatory Garden is the picture-perfect location, from the romantic fountains and abundance of beautiful garden locations, this was perfect for their session. We spent just a few minutes and then returned back to New Jersey for their very next surprise.
Returning home to their apartment, Pishoy had hair and makeup awaiting for Jessica. Additionally, a beautiful gown and accessories by Chanel were also ready for her and a handsome suit for him to wear. Once hair and makeup was complete, the couple continued to celebrate their proposal with their session. Their session continued with engagement portraits at downtown Jersey City and the stunning Van Vorst Park in Jersey City.
Immediately after their session, we continued to the best surprise for Jessica .. Her engagement celebration! Family and friends joined for their engagement celebration and Coptic Orthodox engagement ceremony at the Atelier Ballroom in the heart of Jersey City, New Jersey. The Atelier Ballroom was decorated in beautiful bright white rose blooms, baby’s breath and leucite.
