In 2014, I graduated from Montserrat College of Art with the Photography Award, Founders Scholarship, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fine Art Photography. Since graduation, I have been photographing weddings, engagements, family portraits, private events, and fashion editorials ever since. As far back as I can remember, I have always been drawn to photography, I loved taking pictures, and to this day nothing has changed, I carry my 35mm film camera everywhere I go. I swoon over haute couture bridal compositions in dreamy, glowing light, and find great inspiration in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Wedding Sparrow, and Magnolia Rouge.
When I am not behind my lens, you can find me viewing the current exhibitions on display at the Frick Collection and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, exploring Central Park, hiking the Appalachian Trail, cooking up an intimate romantic candle-lit dinner for Adam and I (that would definitely include charcuterie), sunset picnics on the beach, planning my next editorial, and traveling.. because who is not up for exploring?
I believe that photography is one of the most important things to consider when planning your wedding. After the cake is cut, and the dress is hung, you’ll be left with the memories from your wedding day. As your photographer, it is my essential responsibility to capture the fleeting moments of your wedding.
My goal as your photographer is to capture your love story, your vision, what is most essential to you, and preserve these special fleeting moments for life in your first family heirloom.
For me, it is essential to take additional time at our consultations to learn all about your unique vision, hobbies, what is most important to you, your love story, how it all began, and your unique wedding day vision. That is why I love to spend a few moments together to review details, refer you to those passionate vendors that are incredibly talented, and are passionate about what they do!
I will assist you to create a custom photography timeline that includes an easy family shot list, and easy access sharing!
Michelle's collections have been published and featured in world-acclaimed magazines and blogs such as The Boston Globe, Salem News, Ruffled, and Red Oak Weddings.

Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever… It remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything
